İletişim

Sorunu daha hızlı çözebilmemiz için mümkünse telefonunun modelini, işletim sistemi sürümünü ve sorunun ne zaman, hangi ekranda ortaya çıktığını yaz.

Şifremi unuttum

Giriş ekranında Şifremi unuttum? bağlantısına dokun ve hesabının e-posta adresini yaz. Sıfırlama bağlantısı birkaç dakika içinde gelir; gelen kutunda yoksa spam klasörüne de bak.

Aboneliği yönetmek ya da iptal etmek

Abonelikler App Store ya da Google Play hesabın üzerinden yürür ve iptal edilene kadar otomatik yenilenir. İptal etmek veya planını değiştirmek için:

iPhone / iPad: Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler → ThinkOnce
Android: Google Play Store → profil resmin → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler → ThinkOnce

Satın alımlarını geri yüklemek

Yeni bir telefona geçtiysen ya da uygulamayı yeniden yüklediysen, aynı mağaza hesabıyla giriş yapıp uygulamadaki plan ekranında Satın alımları geri yükle'ye dokun.

Hesabını silmek

Uygulamada Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil adımıyla hesabını ve tüm verini (notlar, etiketler, konumlar, üyelik bilgisi) kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. Bu işlem geri alınamaz. Hesabını silmek aboneliği otomatik olarak iptal etmez; aboneliği yukarıdaki adımlarla mağazadan ayrıca iptal et.

To help us solve it faster, please include your phone model, your operating system version, and when and on which screen the problem happened.

Forgot your password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter the email address of your account. The reset link arrives within a few minutes; if it isn't in your inbox, check your spam folder too.

Managing or cancelling your subscription

Subscriptions run through your App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically until cancelled. To cancel or change your plan:

iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ThinkOnce
Android: Google Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ThinkOnce

Restoring purchases

Moved to a new phone or reinstalled the app? Sign in with the same store account and tap Restore purchases on the plan screen in the app.

Deleting your account

In the app, Settings → Delete my account permanently deletes your account and all of your data (notes, labels, locations and membership data). This cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription automatically — cancel it in your store account using the steps above.
